- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary based on location and order size.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping within the whole World generally takes between 3-7 business days, while international orders may take longer, typically 10-15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery options, select expedited shipping at checkout. Additional fees apply.
3. Shipping Destinations We currently ship Worldwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain regions due to customs restrictions or carrier limitations. If you encounter an issue at checkout, please contact us.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check your order status on the carrier’s website.
5. International Shipping
- Customs and Duties: Orders shipped outside of Aiustria may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
- Customs Delays: International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. Unfortunately, we cannot control or expedite customs procedures.

- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@eclerabeauty.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
- Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather, postal strikes, or customs processing. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking delayed orders.
